Hello Logic & my fellow PSview.com'ers...
While we were in the Palm Springs desert on holiday, we made it a mission to try out different places to eat. I have heard and read about this place in La Quinta and I had to try it... Arnold Palmer's restaurant... All-American food, endorsed by the KING of Golf...Arnold. This place has a fantastic atmosphere...while eating and chating with family and friends, you are surrounded by photos and other memorabilia based on Mr. Palmers great golfing career... It has great fine dining and the menu is packed with good ol' comfort food, just like at home!!! They have a lounge which is a desert hot spot for late-night fun with live music...and Kevin Henry(local favorite)...rocks the house... Outstanding drinks and a good selection of wine to sip... Check it out.. www.arnoldpalmers.net You won't be disappointed....

You have to check out and make reservations for Arnold Palmer's for Thanksgiving They put on a Traditional Dinner. If I wasn't in Yakima, I'd be there for dinner....
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving 2006...
Arnold Palmer's sounds like a GREAT plan to me. GREAT FOOD & GREAT MUSIC!!! After we eat, stick around for some more wine & DANCING!!!! 2007 here we come Now we just have to make it all happen...
Lesley's suggestion of having the 2007 dinner there probably warrants some serious thought. LG's was great, and we certainly have no problem with returning, but on the other hand, it might be interesting to try other venues - at least those which our knowledgeable members would recommend. (How about some feedback from the membership)?
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving, and no one has to eat turkey for two weeks running.

Greetings to all members of Arnie's Army....
Arnold Palmer is in town this week for the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. I know that when he is in town, he does eat at the restaurant, and spend time with the patron's. You might want to stop in this Saturday night....you might get to meet him. Plus for entertainment in the lounge....Kevin Henry is singing and tickling the ivory key of the Grand Piano. Great food, Great Music, and Great selection of wine...
Enjoy....
When we were down in the desert, we stopped in for a bite to eat at Arnold's... The food was "Fantastic"... I tried one of Arnold's favorite....Steak, smoothered with Blue Cheese Joanne had the Prime Pot Roast... For dessert, you have to try the Banana Split, made just the way Arnie has it. It is the best. For a good glass of wine, try his Private Lable.. Good stuff and not very $$$...
Give it a try. We plan to go back next time.
