I have to say it was a wonderful Fall day in Palm Springs this Sunday Warm-90, Sunny, and just a little bit of clouds. In Yakima today it was sunny & 70... I am never quite ready for a cold winter.
I hope the day was good for all the outdoor activities that were held in the Coachella Valley!!! I heard the city was packed... Hope all had a good time...

I was so sorry to hear about your neighbor Steve Fabian--what a mess. You know, it seems like when things get bad, if you look around (and usually not far!), you'll see how blessed you are in comparison to many others. Believe me, it's hard for me to even say that, because I can really get down & out with the best of 'em, and then I don't wanna hear that tripe. But it is true...I'm just sorry for what happened to him. I know he had a long road ahead of him--we'll just have to pray for strength for him.
Keep up all the good work...things will improve...prayers are going strong! Has it really only been 4 weeks ago that I got to meet you? Seems like a lifetime ago...but I am so very glad we DID meet!!! Take care...XO
I am sure the desert is beautiful then, with all the decorations and lights. It seems weird that we are talking about Christmas now, but it certainly is not that far off--something like 44 more days. (I'm not a whiz; I saw the sign at Walmart...he he)
