And the one place we always goto is LG'S PrimeSteakhouse, located in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and La Quinta.They serve up the best Rib Eye steak and one big slice of cow known as the Gold Striker...36oz. Porterhouse....Cooked to perfection...Perfere RARE, but I wouldn't recommend any higer the medium or it just isn't steak, but a slice of roast beef.As for salads, well you have to have the Ceaser Salad for two.
