The problem is...our bunny thinks all the gifts are for her, so she is trying to bite her way thru them! She almost completely undid one small gift!! I got her something today, so she will have her own visit from Santa.
I love how the tree looks with some gifts under there! WOW, one week from tonight is Santa's trip...seems unreal.
Everyone out there, be careful & safe! How are you East-Coast types doing with all the cold weather????
Joanne is still shopping... For me, I'll shop for her this weekend, if not, my traditional Christmas Eve Day!!!!
They say we need to shop till we drop....You or the Credit Card...which ever comes first!
Have fun everbody...Merry Christmas

We survived the storm in pretty good shape - got a mixture of high winds, snow, freezing rain and rain, so we pretty much escaped the heavy snowfall further inland. Driving was tricky in the evening, though - it took Carolee and Judy (Carolee driving) 40 minutes to get home in what is usually an eight minute commute, and Halifax police and the RCMP were suggesting people to stay off the highways if possible. Of course, not everyone uses common sense in these conditions - Carolee said there were numerous cars that passed her driving as if the roads were clear and dry. Not unexpectedly there were dozens of fender benders - as well as three fatal accidents - in the region that evening. (There are always people who seem to think that if the speed limit is posted as 70 mph, then that's how fast they should drive)!
