We are unable to target an are of your valley as we have never visited and if we had advice from existing residents where is the best place to buy as regards quality of living, accessability, flora and fauna, etc we do not want to live in a concrete jungle or a deserted desert ,all we want is to be part of a community, join in and enjoy meeting new friends and a new way of life,as we would not be resident all year round we prefer a home in a gated community so we have no gardens to worry about ,have a shared pool and easily maintained around $200 to $250k approx
what area did you find that would fit the description in our post, this type of feedback is so important to us,lets hope the people who live in palm springs read my post and i get some replies soon

I found a great condo many years ago in Ironwood, online, and purchased it site unseen, and have been more than happy with it since.
