OK...I was looking at the Weather Channel, and they say there has been a tornado warning issued for this area till later on tonight...

How weird is THAT? I am looking out toward the direction they mentioned, and there are HUGE thunderhead clouds, and the wind has picked up here--but I would be most surprised at something like that. Rain, yeah, but a tornado??? w00t

Yeah...the weather has been really strange up here this year also. So far, we have had two confirmed tornados touch down in the Atlantic Canada area, (plus one waterspout). To my knowledge, we have NEVER had tornados in this area before this year. Granted, damage was limited, but if things continue along this line, it doesn't bode well for the future (and hurricane season is only just beginning). Should make for an 'interesting' autumn!

Well, needless to say, nothing happened here (thank God). The wind died off again and it's just been hot, hot, hot. However, I don't put anything past happening here anymore! But, like I always say, "Anyday we don't shake is a good day". Smile

It is almost exactly the same temp here right now as in PS--one degree cooler. It is so hot in our garage that when I hang something out there to dry (something that doesn't go into the dryer), it's dry within the hour! In the winter, it takes two days!! HA! At least it doesn't get icicles on it like it might up your way, Don!!!! HA! Wink

I worked out in the yard today after the sun kinda dropped down lower in the sky, till it got dark...and I was still dripping. It had to be done, though; since we were gone, the yard turned into a jungle!!! It looks great now, though.

Hope all is well in NS...so, David is visitng PS now??? The lucky puppy!!!! Wouldn't it be great to be there...hey, we WILL all be there soon!!! YESSSSSSS! Love to you and Carolee.....
