I loved the banner...And yes, I caught the Canadian spelling... I figured you were paying tribute to our snow birds brothers & sisters up north..plus to our new friends Don & Carolee in Nova Scotia. Keep up the great work and relations with our friends around the world...

As you're probably aware, that Canadian habit of sticking extra letters in certain words is a holdover from the old British colonial days. For example, until recently, the word "draft" as in draft beer, or a cold draft, was spelled the English way - "draught" - which to my mind made about as much sense as putting diapers on sheep. And we still spell "harbor" as "harbour" and, as Logic pointed out, "labor" as "labour", but to name a few examples.
Of course, when I was growing up and in school (and we're NOT going there as to how long ago That was) our english courses were based on the British system - and we still haven't seemed to have outgrown it. Oh well, maybe one of these days......!
Have a good one, Don
Nothing wrong with learning proper English... I wish more people would. As for education...when we went to school...we did learn
P.S. Don't get Logic started on drafts as you might not know, he can be a very thirsty little guy
Is LOGIC ready for SUMMER?
I'll tell you what, I am
How about YOU?
Please post your answer...We are interested
SPRING, which begins for me as soon as the Christmas stuff is put away...maybe only in my heart, but it's the only way to get thru winter;
SUMMER, which could truly be "endless summer" for me and I would never, ever complain;
POST-SUMMER, which lasts sometimes up to, or thru, November...not as nice as summer, but we'll take it; and,
CHRISTMAS, which is about 5 to 6 weeks. HA!
You will notice that I have left out winter, rainy weather, overcast, etc.; I am ready NOW for spring! I am truly a CA girl...
I wish I could live the Endless Summer.... It can be done...but it takes $$$$$
I know for a
