I have many fond memories of Palm Springs and my favorite celebrity that I have meet so far is Logic. The other year while at the spa Avil Laverne spent a couple days with us. She is a very sweet person. I was able to talk to her for a while till her personal assistant got inpatient. Managers and handlers must be a necessary evil in the world of celebrity. So Logic, take care of your managers and handlers. The world is a crazy place.

P.S. The roads are starting to thaw around here. My poor car still has chunks on ice on it.
I can remember a time when the REAL stars came out to shine at night in Palm Springs. A night on the town on the weekends, you could find Frank & Dean having fun at Melvyen's Inngleside, Don Ameche & Barry Manilow at Larry Perrina's, Chuck Conner's at Shakey's Pizza, or Bob & Bing playing golf on the courses, and William Powell & Ralph Bellmay(Co-founder) at the Racquet Club, or Kirk Douglas out for dinner, Lucille Ball & Desi Arnz out on the town... Boy to many to mention
David
P.S. Don't forget our own resident stars...LOGIC & Catnip
David, it must be fun to see the stars out at night. Palm Spring is a very special place that attracts a variety of people. That is one of Palm Springs greatest charms is that it is a celebration of diversity.
I'm just not meant to meet anyone famous........but hey could they really ever be the same again after meeting me.....well David and Lesley
I've never seen anyone "famous" there in all my trips, except, of course, for (drum roll, please...) LOGIC AND CATNIP!!! Yeaaaaaa!!
As we were leaving she looked up on the wall and noticed a fellow who had a picture of himself, swinging a golf club.
My wife said "that is the fellow at the counter who gave me his newspaper." I went back and casually looked while grabbing a toothpick from the holder. Sure enough, it was Arnold Palmer.
