Yes Palm Springs can get a bit nippy in the winter. Out in Desert Hot Springs, you can find your car windows frosty from time to time and you have to scrape them. It is rare, but it does happen. In my life time, it has snowed twice in the city limits of PS...both time in the 1970's...Last time December 9, 1978..the low that day was 26. Enjoy the winter warmth & sunshine...70 sounds pretty good to me right now.
