Yes, the Chi Chi Club was the best Supper Club West of the Mississippi... The names that entertained there & came in to eat while on holiday or for a weekend from Hollywood are the best of the best. Just to name a few, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Bob Hope, Eartha Kitt, Nat King Cole, Desi & Lucille Ball Arnaz, Liberace, Dick Contino, Carmen Miranda, Humphrey Bogart, & Future President Ronald Reagan..and much more(including my Mom who sang there back in the early 60's... I would have loved to been at the ChiChi club during that era. I love that kind of entertainment. Atleast we memories. Then again, we can also check out the Palm Springs Follies...as they do have some of the oldtimers to entertain on stage...oh, don't forget Buddy Greco's Supper Club in Cathedral City.
