I had the same problem...to clean out your messages, you click on your message menu, then click the box..IN BOX--YOUR FOLDER on the right of the menu list...then below the list on the far right there is a drop box, pull it down and select move to Deleted Folder. When you earse all the messages you want deleted..then on the Left hand side of the screen...title is Private Messages...6 lines down click on Empty PM Folders This will clean your system out...any other questions shot them my way...
