We are on the countdown to leaving for Palm Springs for 4 beautiful months to escape the Canadian winter. We have rented a condo and are thinking we might be better to look at a longer term proposition. What wisdom can other winter visitors share with us? We are also interested in the pros/cons of a condo vs. mobile home park (we are not yet 55 so think this may be a hinderance..)
