Does Palm Springs still hold the Desert Parade? I think they use to have it during the Date Festival. It has been a long time. I haven't been to one since the early 80's. In fact, I still have my Deputy Sheriff Badge that they handed out on an Honorary Basis. An Official Deputy of the Desert Parade. It was really fun in the 70's.
