A raccoon came into my neighbors condo back yard last week and scared their pit bull! I don't live any where near a field but the condos and homes are pretty much older. Maybe they live under the homes? In trees? I am very close to 111 down town and find it amazing they are here. Maybe it's someones pet that got lost?
I have a doggie door and now wonder if raccoons would ever get in! I moved here after 10 years in the mountains...did they follow me? Yikes!
With the concern of the raccoons...Make sure to secure the garbage cans...as they love that stuff...and lock the doggie dog at night....they are know to come in...
